When driving, car horns that go "Meep, meep" or even "Beep", "Honk" or "Barp" can scare horses when driving down country lanes.
Instead, if horns have a "Clip-clop, Neigh" option, they would let other motorists know one was there without scaring the horses and their riders.

Aren't I a genius? :D

It makes a lot more sense than those novelty car horns that play La Cucaracha. Whenever you hear them nobody ever considers that the person may be honking because of a potential serious danger that needs an immediate warning which is the original purpose car horns were designed for. If you have one of those horns installed in your car & you are in a situation where you need to warn somebody like another driver might crash or somebody walking in the road, they will NOT take it seriously & assume you are saying Hi or just having some fun. However if somebody hears a loud horse sound, they may assume that a horse is about the jump in the road & the people may be more careful.

I think the idea for that type of a horn is a very good idea.

It does not take a genius to copy someone else’s idea.

Nope! All it takes is sourcing a factory in China via Jack Ma's alibaba.com.

Or plays a sound file of a dry hacking cough for use in places where people pack close together and don't bother with face covering...
