776-2323 was used as God's phone number in Bruce Almighty. People started calling people with that number and asking to speak to God.

I heard in Bruce Almighty the 555 area-code was not used & somebody(in Florida maybe) had that exact number & started getting lots of calls asking for god as a result of that mishap. She was forced to change her number & tried to sue over it or at least demanded compensation & got some. That's what I heard anyways & that was a long time ago so info may be wrong, don't take my word for this.
