Blood Sugar and food

Does anyone have the experience of getting very sad , when they haven’t eaten well or forgot to get some kind of food in their stomach? Especially if they are already in stressful situations ? :?:

Yes! I start to become a little distant and confused / more anxious when I haven't eaten..it doesn't always make me sad specifically, but my emotions become a little erratic.

Agreed. My mom says she always knows when I need to eat because I become Little Miss Grumpy Pants. :oops:

When I get a stomach ache, I get anxious. And when I get anxious, I get a stomach ache...the two seem to be tied together. Is it ever difficult for you to eat when you're anxious? It happens to me a lot and becomes a cycle

Yikes that doesn’t look good ... trapped in a cycle .have to wonder if there are any tests concerning these issues?
