I'm going to start dieting when the spring gets here. Springtime is my favourite season so I feel more motivated to lose weight ready to look slim for the warmer months.

Almost every time I set a goal I fail

However even when successful, the goal ends up not worth the energy it took

No more goals

Cost benefit analysis

No more resolutions for me. Last year’s resolution of not referring to Idaho as “Utah on crack” backfired on me.

I have the same resolution every year: Not to have any regrets by the following new year's.

I need to stop relying on telepathy to convey and receive information and start communicating using things like writing and speaking.

I have a few but making my own choices and not letting anything influence what I choose to do with my life is the biggest one as well as the most challenging.

Not really, except have maybe a better year than last. The lingering specter of COVID--and it's various mutations (hanging over western civilization--and the world) kinda makes it hard though.
