You know, full vinyl printed graphics covering the entire car/truck.

Maybe it depends on the vehicle as I've only driven one of them a handful of times, but I gotta say.. I like it. Stock it would just be a basic pickup truck, but add full printed graphics over the whole thing and different wheels and tires and it turns a lot of heads & gets attention. Duh, that's the whole point of marketing haha but just sayin' I quite like it. Looking forward to the Sunny weather when I'll take it to the beach just to park it in a highly visible spot for the eyeballs on it.

But I can Also imagine that some people would rather be invisible than have extra sets of eyeballs turn their way when they're driving around. So, maybe given the opportunity to roll around in an equivalent attention whore of a truck on someone else' dime, you might decline.

Drive around in a wrapped marketing vehicle: Yay or Nay? Or maybe once just to see what it was like ?

Yes if it was advertising my business or the business of a family member. Not if it was some random business.

Fair - the one I've driven around belongs to my friend's business.

But I think I'd drive around in other ones, too.. like if someone said "Here, drive this redbull car," or jacked up "Monster energy," truck or something that was kind of neat then ya I'd drive it around.. but maybe wouldn't be so keen on driving something that was advertising tampons or something lol

Everyone has their price - what's yours?

For myself, sometimes it's been on company time, other times I just needed to use a truck, others I just felt like driving the truck. The biggest reason I don't drive it more often is because if I don't NEED to drive a full size pickup, it's a complete waste of gas no matter who's paying for it. Except for the marketing attention it gets - then it's a little worth the fuel.. but still - it's hard to justify burning twice the fuel if there's no load to be picked up/dropped off or towed.

If they're paying me to drive it in anger on a track, hell yes.
Otherwise, only if it's a business I run or am close to.

I would if it was a company, product, etc. I was inclined to support. As long as I wasn’t expected to be talking to people, I don’t think I’d mind much. People would be paying attention to the vehicle, not the person inside - I know I at least don’t usually notice or care who’s driving anything like that. If the advertiser didn’t mind, I’d be fine with occasionally using it as a regular car if that was more convenient/efficient.

But I don’t even drive at all, I might well find I’d be a lot more self-conscious about it than I expect.

Fair.

The one I've driven is stock. The other fully wrapped company vehicle is.. not stock - and definitely track worthy.. and will be tracked. The partially wrapped one is modified and will be tracked, but isn't as extensive as the other. There will be several more like that over time - one or two at a time.. modified, partially wrapped, dyno'd, photoshoot, tracked etc then sold off to make room for the next one(s).

The truck I enjoy driving more is basically a tow vehicle for a 24' race car trailer to take the other ones out to play one at a time.

People def notice the vehicle but Also make eye contact a lot more on the road - acknowledging me as the driver of said vehicle.. and also in parking lots - like if I go to costco & the liquor store on an office supplies run, people do notice the truck and Also myself. Some assume I must own the company (who else would drive around in a truck like that??) but no my friend owns it (and doesn't like driving big trucks due to parking so doesn't bother unless absolutely necessary, really) & they sometimes strike up conversation about the truck/graphics/company etc -> which is fine by me, if I have the time it doesn't bother me one iota to be a bit of a "brand ambassador," and tell ppl what my friend's company does if they have no idea. I think whoever rolls around in a vehicle like this kind of Has To expect that those conversations are going to happen and then engage in them.
