I pretty much don't care about the weather, but the gas grill does have it's limits how cold it can be around where it can't cook effectively. But that's still most weeks in a year around here when I can grill.
I usually build a fire in the yard and wait till there is a nice bed of coals.Plenty of wood,( hickory, oak and a dead apple tree),just no grilling material.
