I can look at them for awhile.

I like to imagine if that's what my house looked like or better yet, moving to that house and how it'll work, like would I like it and where would I put my stuff, and is there enough space, storage, etc?

Is like looking at a map, the only downside being that they are not usually that accurate and are more of a guide.

I used to work at a nursing home and I once bought a large piece of paper so I could try and draw the whole plan of the building. But I kept failing and missing out rooms even though I knew the building very well.

Yes, did you see this one where they missed a door off the plan and it looked like the craziest house ever.

I saw one awhile ago, they forgot to put in a spot for the washer and dryer.

You might like this guy's videos. He takes a floor plan and rearranges it to make it work better. Very satisfying to watch.
