BUT: Got all my money back.
Some Facebook ad scammer advertising these rather cool looking garden wire sculptures that are supposed to be garden fairies and dandelions etc. The photos and videos are pretty cool. I figured with their sale price, Maybe they're legit if the workers making these things are in a low cost country.. maybe. Anyways, took a chance ordering them as gifts for my gardening friend and things that should have been 2-3 feet long all showed up in one shoebox sized box so I knew it was BS before I even opened the box to find.. not even miniatures of what's advertised, but rather dollar store looking versions of stamped painted metal garden ornaments, 6 of them, with a total value of maybe $12 or so.
The part of the story that may be of value to some here:
Complained via Paypal - how I paid - and the seller (heredall.com) offered a partial refund of ~$104 USD. I had 5 or 7 days to respond. I declined their partial refund offer and typed in my response and said something like "I should not be out $45 USD for your scam product. Refund it in full voluntarily or you're going to have difficulties with payment processing when I complain to Mastercard."
There was no further correspondence -> only a full refund made within less than 24 hours of my response.
Sometimes ya just have to play hardball with these sort of dipshits and tell them what's what. Helps that I used a credit card AND Paypal so had double protections to fall back on. I still might make the time over the rainy days to phone my Mastercard company and tell them about these scammers to they can redflag their account - might make other's lives easier getting refunds/get them banned from being able to accept Mastercard. I'm sure they'll just run their course and then open up new websites with different names and scam products etc but no sense in making things easy for them by doing nothing more just because I got my money back.
Anyways, now I have some stupid little useless ornaments if anyone wants them lol they're about 1% as impressive as what they advertise on their site so I don't particularly want them + they'd piss me off to look at. Maybe I'll give them away or donate them to a thrift store - better than straight up throwing them in a recycle bin I guess.
edit: If I'd have done a search on Fb or google about the company/website I'd have found other people complaining about their scam products. 2nd time I've gotten scam crap in the mail, 2nd time I've gotten a full refund. 1st time was supposed to be wooden balance boards.. but they showed up about 8" long and completely useless.

So many fake websites out there. I am glad you got your money back. But other people haven't been so lucky because they never get their money back because paypal tells them ro return the item for a refund. But it costs more than the item to return because it came from China. I would be worried about getting suspended from PayPal for a chargeback. Websites will ban you for chargebacks so I only way I use it is if I never intend to buy from there again.
There are lot of phony ads on Facebook.

Oh yeah, there was a 3rd time I got scammed by some author selling a set of books.. turned out they weren’t books but e-books but they never say they’re not physical books until after you pay.
Got my money back then, too, but it was a hassle to have to fax evidence to MasterCard like wtf email is a thing you aholes.
Credit card companies all have good fraud protection. I’ve never had to ship anything back.
