Is it state or federal?

If it's federal, maybe nothing. If it's state, maybe something.

You need to ask whoever your administers SSI payments that question. There must be a number to call or an email address to send an email to and ask Someone who works at the place your monthly $ comes from what happens if you move to a different state, like Oregon. They should be able to tell you if you just had to update your address on file, or if you need to apply for something in that state and get approved for a transfer or something ? But they're the ones that will be able answer your question.

Your supposed to notify Social Security Administration when you move. Assuming you've been getting the full SSI amount, you should still be able to receive the full amount. However some states have a higher SSI amount than the federal so moving from a state with a higher amount or to a state with a higher amount will change you SSI accordingly.
