What would your dream job be?

Forget about bills and money, if you could have any job you wanted what would it be? I'm sure most would rather not work if they didn't have to, but I'd like to hear what kind of job meets your interests and criteria. Also an explanation of your interests in that job would be nice too.

For me I would like to be a professor of historical linguistics, researching how language has changed over the past 4,000 years, what kind of changes occurs, the histories of the people who spoke them, their cultures and the events that shaped the languages into what they are now.

Work in the feilds of astronomy or physisics or work for the DEC.

For the last year I've been doing my dream job: A audit of the collection in a acedemic library. Now that Governor Christ has cut taxes and our budget, I'm being reassigned, hopefully with heavy emphasis on book repair, preservation and restoration.

A full time job at the library, incorporating many of the responsiblities I currently perform, plus computer work. I would like to take library science courses and become a librarian. I could be the stereotypical "crazy cat lady librarian."

I would also write in my free time.

Many libraries offer some sort of tuition assistance. LCLCPL employees receive tuition reimbrusment for work-related classes. FSU employees can take any classes tuition-free.
