Sometimes a great Creator who makes wonderful works and franchises releases a dud once in a while. It happens to the best of them.

I came from a place that is not up to my standards or fancying nor it allows it to be even as a norm.

The fact that television influenced me to an extent and thus the statement above.

Irrationality has it's own 'reasoning' -- I'll just call it emotional physics.

Everyone is subjected to the echoes of the past.

Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. So is accounting and knowing the flow of money.

A lot of things are in exponential which isn't very intuitive, not in a linear increments or decrements which supposedly is the intuitive pick.

Being coddled doesn't work. But so does 'tough love'.
Therefore, neither works. If either or both works, that would be too easy...

That one hyped-up trait or ingredient is not a solution for everyone's problems.
There is no such thing as a silver bullet for all ails and issues, not even happiness itself.

• A positive mental attitude makes a person more likeable.
• All too often, plausible deniability is of greater benefit then claiming responsibility.
• Ambiguity is the key to abdicating responsibility.
• Assumptions, emotions, feelings, guesses, intuition, opinions, and suspicions are not proof of claim.
• Debt sucks; and it doesn't matter if you are the borrower or the lender.
• Deny everything, even when caught in the act.
• Friendship is not something given to others as credit to be paid back.
• Just because you're nice to someone, it doesn't mean that they owe you a relationship.
• Keep copies of all correspondence; you never know when you will have to prove who said what and when they said it.
• Life is not always about you.
• Money will never solve your REAL problems.
• Never share your weaknesses with others.
• Relationships require involvement.
• There is no shame in ignorance, only in stupidity.
• To attract people, you must first make yourself attractive to them.
• Travel makes you a more interesting, insightful, and accepting person.
• You can't always get what you want; but if you try, sometimes you'll find you get what you need.
• You cannot please everyone, so just please yourself.
• Your health is your most valuable asset; don't risk it or lose it.

The best battle won is a battle not fought. Hopefully your antagonist will make an ass of himself in public during an attempt to get your attention.

Adding more;

Never expect empathy or understanding.
These forces are hyped up as a 'positive' or 'good'; reality is that it is neutral like literacy and writing, and heck, both can be weaponized.

Some happenings are simply freak accidents.
No prep nor competence can get you out or prevent you from it.
Unless you're a precognitive psychic. Or omniscient.

People always, always have stupid ideas of what humans 'are'. Like all humans are heterosexuals.
Like how they assume all asocials are just socially awkward introverts who cannot get far in life, or that they're not humans because humans are social animals as if outliers do not exists.

People will always look for horses.
They don't speculate for unicorns.

The brain is actually an independent organ of it's own. So is the subconscious along with the thoughts itself -- thoughts itself even has it's own self preservation.
So is your higher self. So is your ego. So is your conscious. So is your body.
The fact that a lot of your living existence is involuntary, and while believing that you do have complete control.

The very prerequisites of freedom is to understand how to follow the rules really, really well...
Along with it's responsibilities.

I'm just speaking for myself. It's nothing against any person with an addiction. I know, like, and even love a lot of addicts. I just know from experience not to trust them fully, because I can't trust the effects of their drug. It's the drug I'm faulting, not them. I'll always have a degree of scepticism or a contingency plan when they make promises, especially to their my kids.

• A crooked log still makes a good fire.
• All it takes for some people to feel important is to put other people down.
• Beauty doesn't count if it can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
• Common sense ain't as common or as sensible as most common folk would like to believe.
• Denying the truth does not make the truth any less truthful.
• Folks who say, "Money isn't everything" likely never had much money.
• Folks who say, "Success isn't everything" were likely never successful.
• Folks who say, "Winning isn't everything" likely never won anything, either.
• If they will cheat with you, then they will eventually cheat on you.
• Never let anything you find on the Internet do your thinking for you.
• Never trust a drunk or a junkie with anything that you cannot afford to lose.
• So oftentimes it happens that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we have the key.
• Those who brag the loudest about how great they are often have no intrinsic 'greatness' at all.
• Those who cannot refute the message often resort to attacking the messenger.

trust everybody, but cut the cards. [old irish saying]
make your words soft and sweet just in case you have to eat them.
treat everybody like you'll never get another chance to do right by them, 99% of the time that will be the case.
if they have any lovability in them, love them now in case you never get another chance.
