Hey guys, I'm here.
I'm in a dilemma. I think there's a girl in my school (no name given) who I think is trying to best me. She starts whispering to her friend (no names) and she seems to always raise her hand the moment after I do. I'm running for a position and she had her hands on her hips and smiling but she never smiles toward me. She and her friend seem to be running when I am. I'm not worried about her friend but, I want to figure out what shes trying to do. She seems to try and be better than me and I'm not happy with it.
Do you think that she is trying to best me? And if so, what do I do and/or say to her? Or is this just a misunderstanding? Please help me out, I'm begging you.

Start asking others why they think she needs to best you.

You could ask her why she's trying to beat you, what she gets out of it and how it makes her feel at the end of the day.
