What kind of shampoo & conditioner that dosen't have too much
chemicals? Is there a natural shampoo & conditioner? I have Psoriasis on my head too.

On the rare occasion I wash my hair (haven't got much of it left) I use head and shoulders.

Considering psoriasis can be an allergic reaction, "natural" may not be a good idea.
I am allergic to soap made from animal fats.

My current shampoo has a wonderful mandarin scent, but my same brand conditioner is unscented.
Wish that was reversed.

If you have Psoriasis your doctor can write a prescription for medicated shampoo from the pharmacy, and it should be covered on your medical insurance. My daughter used to get some prescribed for her autoimmune condition but I can't think what the name of it was.

If you just want to get something off the shelf, try Nutrogena T/Sal which has salicylic acid. 3% is usually recommended by Dermatologists.

Just because something is "natural" doesn't always mean it's safer or better.

For example, I've seen packages of deli meat that claim to be "all natural" with only a few ingredients that aren't like something out of a laboratory. Which might sound great, but they're still wrapped up in plastic. And we all know now that microplastics are the new asbestos.

That plastic wrapping will eventually leach microplastics into the environment after it's disposed of and starts to disintegrate, but it's not leaching microplastics into the food it's wrapping. Eating food wrapped in plastic is not dangerous.
