Idea to save money, reduce medical cost, energy cost, food cost, etc

1) Insteading taking 10 different medications for your health problems. You
should switch to raw garlic*

2) A flu shot is a wise investment.

* Consult your Doctor.

You mean one of those non-drowsey antihistamines Claritin(loratadine)?

6) I read oral dexamethasone is effective at treating a sore throat ask your doctor
about it if you get a bad sore throat.


7) Wash clothes with cold water to save energy.

17. Be realistic. Take full advantage of any tax-deferred investment opportunity your employer has to offer. If you live many more decades, as most of you will, you could become very wealthy that way, which will be nice when you're very old.

18. Better yet, start a proprietorship, open your own 401k through it, put the maximum allowable contribution, and then borrow from yourself at the prevailing interest rate :). You pay the interest back to yourself, not the bank!
