Not an Irish, but I just like the color green.
Never had ever seen the event itself.

No, but my second eldest niece's birthday is on St Patrick's Day so she gets treated like the cute princess she is every 17 March and yesterday was no exception. She turned 11.

Erm, well, I have Irish ancestry but I wouldn't consider myself to be Irish. I don’t celebrate St.Patrick's but I have unintentionally worn green today.

Task failed successfully?

I always wish my daughter happy st pats because she's got a lot of Irish in her and she likes that about herself so it's important

Her dad was fully Irish and I'm about 25% worth

I hate to say because I don't know if it's racist but she actually looks Irish

In Poland it isn't celebrated - but the very name Patryk does exist here - our equivalent of a Patrick :) My cousin is named so, it's a common name for someone young and he is almost 27 - he will turn 27 on the same day as Hitler, April 20.

St.Patrick's Day is pretty much the only "special day" I have any interest in. Quite why that's an exception, I don't know. But I'm subtle about it. Just a green-ish t-shirt, none of this covered-in-shamrocks rubbish for me. When I performed a couple of songs at the local music place yesterday, I chose Rare Old Mountain Dew and Danny Boy. Everybody else had done country and gospel just like they usually do, but to my surprise, instead of nailing me to a barn door for my cheek they liked it. One of them said I'd stolen the show.

I'm not Irish but I have a few Irish friends and I'm into Celtic music. And I like Guinness.

Note about St.Patrick: I'm told he didn't literally drive the snakes out of Ireland, as there had never been any snakes there, but apparently the Celts used to have snake tattoos and he did his best to drive the Celts out. If so, I'm glad to say that he failed.

Had a few pints of Guinness yesterday. (Not that I need any excuse to drink Guinness).

No, but I think Irish people are cool af. I pretended to be Irish-American for few months once, even dating an Irish girl at the time. I started the nights with a Guinness. For liquor, I only drank Jameson, with Maker's Mark as a backup. Left without saying good bye. Listened to punk music. Hated the English. No one got upset, instead everyone thought I was funny, would crack up at my stupid stereotypes since I probably didn't know one Irish person until I was an adult so I was probably wayyyy off, and gave me pointers on how to adjust my silly caricature. It was a blast.

Yea, I love the Irish as well. Makes me sad about all the crap with the IRA and British government. The north and south need a united Ireland referendum asap.
