I have routinely read peoples entire post histories or skimmed it if its too long and wordy.

I look things up, especially when it seems that there is a flare up from something else if I am reading through a thread. I try to go figure out what the hell people are talking about before I can go past that point, lol. Or I just do it out of curiosity as well-some names just stick out to me, or some posts do, and I am compelled to find what else the person has to say.

From time to time (ie, rarely), yeah. It doesn't seem to work after the first page though.

I just did it to everyone who posted on this thread because I could! :twisted:

I admit I've used it before. I did it to some of the members who have high post counts and have been around for a while on this site to look up what their early posts were like. To see if their personalities were different a long time ago.
