I decided to take my 3 watt LED flashlight outside and shine it in the back yard. Staring at me were three sets of orange and green glowing eyes. They were three doe just grazing on the plants out there.

A minute or two later, a car was driving by and stopped for a second and I looked over and a fawn was crossing the street.

What a cool yet simple tool to see deer at night in your yard! I love deer, they're so neat!

See?

We get lots of deer here, too! In fact, there's a deer crossing sign right outside my neighborhood. :)

If your deer are like ours, plant some roses and they'll love you for it!

Deer around here seem to love eating rose bushes.

There are deer at my house, too. What they really love is to eat apples that have fallen from the tree. If I see any on Sunday I'll try to snap a few pix to post.

They're cool until they are in the road in front of my car. Then they are not so cool. I've never hit one, but I came close a few times. EEEK! I like deer, though. And I like venison. The deer don't like that, i'm sure.

digger,
where sister lives [Horwich],she has koi carp, wallabies, ring tailed lemurs, parrots seen outside her backroom window, all owned by this family: http://cms.businessserve.co.uk/sites/ww ... out-us.htm [that is his petshop on there,on the main photo, not where he lives]
the birds are not close, and they don't make as much noise as they are indoor.
there's a little island with mini waterfall seperating her cottage/the row of cottages, where the koi carp swim around and then the massive ring tailed lemur enclosure, and wallaby enclosure to the side, have got a photo of the lemurs all out but don't seem to have it on dads' pc,will check laptop for it later, they are great animals.

am would like to be able to see just hedgehogs from window where am live, let alone deer.
only animals can see from window are justin and his friend he lives with [both cats].
