Been there, done that. I know it's hard and life can suck, but hang in there and rise above. Do what you gotta go. Go to school, don't get sucked in to the despair, don't become another bum. If you've got some spare change and you need to eat, you got no choice: ramen and cheap beer are your friend. I lived on that s**t for two years! I was where you're at mang, and I got out of it. Just don't give up and don't think there isn't a better fututre ahead. MAKE IT HAPPEN. Good luck.

Go to social services, it doesn't help anything to yell at us because you have a hard life. If you want it changed then you have to be your own advocate.

I'll assume you're using a public computer.

I was also wondering about that. Kind of hard to get online if you have no phone line. Sure, there could be wireless, but a mother that would sell a cell phone would sell a laptop in a heartbeat.

If it isn't a public computer, then he would be at someone else's house, someone that should be able to tell that something isn't right. If it is a public terminal....it would have been easier to go to social services than to waste time getting angry with others for being more fortunate. Hell, if I hadn't eaten in that long, I'd be more concerned about finding food than in complaining about hunger to people over the net.

None of us can help you, past pointing you in the right direction. You can help yourself.

I am in the Uk too.
How old are you?
If things are as you say then that is really against the law and she has no right being a mother.
If you do want help or someone to contact social services for you, I would be happy to do so.
Else, you can use a public phone and call childline or somesuch yourself.

In the US you would be allowed to call 911 on a public phone for free for a situation like this. I would imagine the UK has a similar setup. What's the emergency number in the UK?

no, the emergancy services don't take calls like that, but we do have freephone numbers for childline and the NSPCC and other such organisations
