Ýesterday, I accidentally banged the side of my head (right behind the ears) really hard against the bathroom sink. As of now, my head doesn't hurt if I don't touch it, and I seem to function typically, but if I press lightly against the bony ridge directly behind my ears (any medical expert know what it's called?) I get a slight yet noticeable sensation of pain throughout the back of my head and a strange tingly feeling in my neck that sort of goes down my spine.

Anyone know what's wrong? Should I see a doctor? Could it be some nerve that's damaged/stuck?

Thanks very much for your replies.
