Wow, I'm new here however when I first entered I noticed the general autism thread had 200000 views, I thought the counter may have been overwhelmed long ago but no! It must have been a sign welcoming me to the forum! I may have in fact made the 200001st thread of this lovely forum! 
so as this is the Random Discussion Thread why not talk about something that would interest me, and who knows, you too if you're bored. Do you notice anything odd statistically with people with AS as opposed to people without? (myself included) well for example obviously there's the unusual strong interest in some narrow fields, I'm wondering if these fields overlap, for example there could be an interest in science fiction for example or construction of some kind, maybe the books that are read are similar in content?
and secondly would you say people with AS are more or less creative? I would say defiantly more creative from my perspective as perhaps uncommon thought patterns could produce great solutions others wouldn't think of.
I also predict that perhaps a few people with AS could have higher than normal IQ's however possibly lack EQ (emotional intellect).
Could some smart person tel me why men are right side brain dominance that controls creativity, social skills, colours, shapes, etc. however women with left brain dominance controling still have much better social skills and the ability to use and read body language, its a mystery to me ^_^
