My username is Berserker. I used to go 'berserk' a lot when I was angry, so I knew Berserker suited me. I also like the sprites for the Berserkers in Final Fantasy V.

My username is polyrhythmia. I define polyrhythmia as the use of polyrhythm in music. Playing such polyrhythms on the piano is one of my special interests. And just what is a polyrhythm? :? What I am wondering is what learning how to play such rhythms has done to my brain.

Eire is the Irish name for Ireland. It is also the name that my first name, Erin is derived from. I'm half Irish and love Irish history and researching my own genealogy. So I guess I chose Eire because of my interest in Ireland and because it's where my first name has roots.

A Mcdonald's commercial gave me the idea when its slogan was "feet you inner child"

Beau is my first name.

99 is a random number that I started using on forums after someone already took the username "beau" on one of them.

Papillon

In French it means butterfly.

I was into collecting butterflies and other unusual bugs when I was a kid.

I saw the movie of that name around the time I was in 7th grade. And how well I could relate to Henri Charrière's life as depicted by Steve McQueen in that flick and draw inspiration to it. How timely! Just before my teen years :o

The best part was at the end when he shouted defiantly from that raft: Hey! You bastards! I'm still here you bastards!

Some years ago the science centre in my town added a Butterfly Gallery to its features. It brought me back some good memories.

All those years I was a caterpillar. During my life-changing event of '03 I was the coccoon. The coccoon hatched when my formal DX revealed the name and face of AS

I love the outdoors, enjoy learning survival (through my SAS feildguide), I enjoy camping, hiking and climbing mountains. Their is nothing like being miles in the middle of the adirondack (or any) wilderness away from the nearest person, total isolation, just you and nature.

So I decided I was the woodsman and 25 because thats my age!

Donkeynomad, because I spent 20 years traveling around Southern Australia on foot with my pack donkeys, camping and exploring. I have only just stopped a year or so ago and am doing other things with my life now.
Cheers,
Rowan

"Fatal Noogie" just something I came up with that sounds funny and absurd on the surface. If you think about it too hard tho, you get some gruesome imagines in your head. 8O

When I joined the site, I was going through a cripplingly severe period of depression. This has caused me to lose all interest in everything, including the things that I had previously had an all-consuming passion for. This loss of interest caused me to question who I really was, hence the username "who_am_i".

At the time I first used this username, I had just gone off Doctor Who, and the Quatermass serials were a precursor to Doctor Who. This was back in 2001.

I was called a Cockney Rebel at a factory that I was working at, ten years ago. I've eventually believed the snob who called me that name, to the point of referring to myself as a Cockney Rebel.

Sid :O)
