What to do for tics?

Currently I have a tic disorder known as motor tics.

I've tried loads of medications to help it all of which have made it worse:

Ritalin, Strattera, Metadate CD, Focalin XR, Risperdal, Invega, Zyprexa, & Abilify

Clonidine helps but makes me too drowsy during the day.
Tenex didn't do anything except give me a mild rash so I had to stop that one.

Are there any further choices?

I use Topamax for my vocal/motor tics. It's an anti-convulsant.

I tend to have excessive tics when I'm stressed. Rispersidal helps a lot.

I appreciate the feedback but Risperdal gave me tics so I can't take that. But thanks for the feedback.

I don't understand why anyone woould give a stimulant as a tic medication. I can see why it didn't work. It put it in overdrive or crackmode so it would make the tics worse. Well thats my logic, I could be wrong.

I wasn't prescribed ritalin for tics but it did give them to me just the same.
