Queen (Freddy Mercury)- Living on my own

"Sometimes I feel like i'm gonna break down and cry (so lonely)
Nowhere to go nothing to do with my time, I get so lonely living on my own"

"Sometimes I feel nobody gives me no warning
find my head is always up in the clouds in a dreamworld
its not easy living on my own"

"Got to be some good times ahead"

Ouch!! !! :(

One or two of the Queen / Mercury songs are not so good if you're feeling depressed, 'Is This The World We Created' & 'Who Wants To Live Forever' spring to mind. It is however very easy to cheer up when listening to their music:

'Fat Bottomed Girls' always makes me laugh because I remember a female work collegue dancing to it, and the lady concerned was about 250 pounds.

'I Want To Break Free' is remembered not for the music but for the video, where the lads all dressed up as women and Freddy did the housework in a miniskirt. In an interview he was asked if the guys minded dressing up as women and he replied "darling, it was hard to stop them, they all thought that it was delightful fun".

'Barcelona' is my favorite because it's so delightfully over the top. I saw them mixing the music on a Queen documentary and after listening to it Freddy commented that the introduction was not long enough. The end result was a spectacular piece of music with an introduction nearly three minutes long.

Yeah, I like Barcelona, I try and copy the woman singing when I listen to it!
