Can I skip the rich part (being 'comfortable' is just fine by me), have a live-in lover and no kids please? :D

I am hoping to win the lottery one day, since I am very broke now, but comfortable would be really nice too, and having someone that loves me for ever and always, cares and who's happy that I exist, would be my dream come true.

A wife would be very nice, but I'd settle for friends I really felt like I belonged with.

Uh, what exactly constitutes to you as being rich? For me, being rich means making $75,000 or more, but I'm sure your expectations are higher. :D

I'd skip the "wife and kids" part. I've lived at home all my life, so I want to experience freedom before confining myself to a marriage. Speaking of which, my biggest fear right now is that I'll have a wife who's overbearing, controlling, yells a lot, and always "has a headache" (think of the wife from Malcolm in the Middle). So marriage is out of the question a loooooooong time.

Rich enough that I don't need a regular job, a crazy stripper wife and no kids.

Okay, I'm willing to compromise on the crazy stripper wife.

lol... you know studies have shown that an increase in income doesn't lead to more happiness in life. The suicide rate for millionaires is actually higher than for the general population. When people earn more money, they tend to spend more on bigger and more extravagant things. There are lots of families earning $200,000.00 or so a year and have nothing to show for it at the end because of their spending habits. If you are serious about becoming rich, then you need to pay off all your debts and mortgage, work hard, and live below your means, and you'll be able to retire at 55. This doesn't go along with what people think of when they imagine the rich. My advice is, be happy with what you have, don't waste your life chasing money to be happy.
