Banned from Telivision Without Pity Forums for off topicness
I think that Heather on America's Next Top Model was very aspie from watching how the other people reacted to her. Well, I think that I was reacted to by the moderators as if I were very aspie too.

Apparently, the moderators got fed up because I started a new thread in THE WIRE GENERAL GABBERY that there are new prequel videos for the show. The videos are pretty cute. I watched them off of the NY Magazine page and I know the wire fans would be happy so I actively did a nonaspie thing and tried to be helpful but I got ... banned. Ooh, the giggles. I get the distinct impression that NTs wouldn't listen to me even if I could tell them how to avert a nuclear holocaust cuz I didn't say it boring enough.
I thought my contributions were enjoyable but no one really responds to me when I write in TWOP. They didn't move my interesting link to the prequels to any existing thread though. If anyone can figure out where the prequels would go, then please feel free to alert the fans in the forum. Those prequels are perfect for fanboys.

uh, no. Ilan is cute with small features.
Please don't start posts with "uh." It's rude. The FAQ explains this. (TC)

The Southern Vietnamese who worked with the US government do seem to be very proud of themselves for doing so but the US had no business DDTing the country and poisoning their soil so that I am uncomfortable purchasing Vietnamese cinnamon.
Please stay on the topic of Hung in the Hung thread. General comments about U.S. policy or the food you buy are not the topic. (TC)

I was specifically thinking of the chef from March with a very distinct personality whom no one would be foolish enough to try to psych out when I put out my preference for a different kind of black guy in the camera because as much as I like Dennis Haysbert in a bandana, I don't think that seeing a black guy in "stud" shape for a third time is good for America and it supports the idea that the good looking people matter more even in the kitchen.
Please stay on topic when posting. Many of your posts are often not really about the topic of the thread they're posted in, and this is just one example. It was posted in the Hung thread and is not about Hung. (TC)

I'm really glad that someone not me and not Asian made the film, Sorry, Haters, where the main character HATES Sandra Oh but uses her ideas and persona and resents people who got ahead with or without "an inheritance" because I've spotted that sad anger from out of towners trying to matter in NYC and while it sucks to be you, it's not fair that you resent an Asian for having something you don't when a nonAsian with the same socalled "advantage" would not be as resented and would not get you in attack mode. And that's where I see the anti-Hung to be unfair but I don't think Tom C. is being unfair. I think Hung still deserves to win if he does win and if the one of the other two wins, that's fine too.
Please don't call other posters "haters" or say that their not liking Hung is unfair. It's boards on boards. Take 3 days off to reread the FAQ. (TC)

Added a warning "I am beginning this thread because I feel that the US economy is turning a bad corner and the news is going to get more "exciting."
I also find it dismaying that US business advice avoids the interest rate differentials (Icelandic Krona is at 13%) and is primarily concerned with encouraging American investors to keep their money in the US...."
You basically posted a segment-by-segment recap of what happened on the show, with your own economics commentary. There were only a couple of sentences about the show itself. Show threads are for discussing the TV shows. They're not for rehashing the content at length, or debating the stories covered.

I've watched Weeds since the beginning not quite liking it and not quite liking MLP's main character although I kind of liked MLP before. The thing that I was most interested in was how were they going to allow a show with a cop killer in the lead? So I guess Peter's off the books treatment of Conrad and Nancy was supposed to be indicative of his lack of integrity in other matters as well? But the killers didn't know that. For all they knew, they were killing a good cop. I watch the show with a furrowed brow. And I hate that song regardless of who is singing it and I think Isabelle is a nice child. I know that this show is about tragedy but I found last season's business very tedious and unlikable and I really didn't like Andy. I guess Andy is going to finally explore his true calling as pornographer. I didn't feel any objection or especially noticed that it was a porn set during the porn scenes but I finally realized how good the actors bodies are when they were in the same scene as normal actors. Those girls have inspiringly low body fat but they don't have emaciated faces. How do they do that? I mainly watch Weeds because I have Shotime and because it is about a girl whereas I don't watch the more guy shows except for Dexter. I think Elizabeth Perkins really makes Weeds a more interesting show but her storyline has been uninteresting. ITA agree about Kevin Nealon avoidance since the news skit on SNL (Norm Macdonald deserves to get paid) ant that his what are their names scene was the best thing I have ever seen him do and yet still in character. The McMansionness of the sets actually make the sets completely unnoticeable to me and usually I notice sets.
Not only is one continuous paragraph like this difficult to read, but much of it is off-topic in the episode thread. Please post about the episode in the episode thread, and take thoughts about other things (characters, etc.) to the appropriate threads. That's why our forums are set up the way they are. Please take a day off to read the FAQ because it seems like you've been getting warned FAR too many times. (Weeds)

Yeah, TWOP is crazy now that it got bought out by Bravo. I was on the House boards for about a year, and then they became ridiculously strict and warned all the interesting posters. Some of these people made another separate but similarly formatted board, and now I only go there. They're kind of crazy, although regulation is nice.
