mmm..i need help whith my bass guitar:)

can some body tell me how the strings go in bass guitar is it like guitar(eadgh) or someway else?
also i need online lesson websides and bass notes for song...oh and it only has 4 srtings:)

Yes, the strings are laid out exactly like a regular guitar. As far as putting strings on it, though,that would be entirely dependant on the design of the tailpiece. They would either be threaded through the bottom end of the bridge, or they would be threaded through the back of the body through the corresponding holes there.

If you google guitar tuning or bass online tuner, stuff like that, you can get sites that have soundbites of the notes so that you can tune it too.

Lowest to highest (=thickest string to thinnest string):

E
A
D
G

Just like the lowest four strings on a regular guitar. That's the standard tuning. There are many other options.

If you are looking for a particular bass tab, try searching
"title of the song in quotes" "bass tab"
just like that. This method usually works for me. However, many of the ones posted online are somewhat incorrect or awkward and usually need some tweaking, but they can be a good start for your own listening/transcribing/learning.
