So...just out of curiosity, how will you all be spending New Year's Eve when 2008 comes in?

I think I'll be having a quiet night in with my family. It's cheaper than going out and less hassle.

I don't know about New Year's Eve, but on New Year's night I'll be at a church party.

I'll be hanging out with my sister. :) We're debating on what to do, though...possibly a party, which would be hell with anyone else, but with my sister it could be fun to people-watch, and we could ditch for a walk any time. (I'm lucky my sister understands me, haha.)

Otherwise we'll probably find some fireworks, either at the beach or on TV...

I usually just have a quiet night in (there goes the myth about us all being
party animals in the homeland of Auld Lang Syne )

I got all four of mine yanked out in one sitting too...it didn't hurt or swell, just bled a lot. Nothing to worry about. :)

As for my New Year's: probably going to spend it like I spend any other day.

I'll be going to the pub, eating finger food, singing karaoke and toasting the New Year with Champagne. :queen:

Have dinner in a pub with a couple of uncles, go to another pub (maybe), watch the fireworks from a vantage point by Sydney Harbour at midnight and voice in action with two verses of 'Auld Lang Syne' (possibly with others looking odd at me, like the last time). After the fireworks, continue partying at a pub.

We've been invited to a party. I will probably be mostly middle-aged people, with a few morons in my age group. We haven't decided whether we're going or not. If we're not going we'll most likely be at home. I don't really care whether we go or not.
