The day itself I can tolerate. The meaning behind xmas [ie; the birth of jesus] doesn't mean anything to me, though. I am not religious.

I used to like it, but not anymore. As far as the religious aspects...Jesus wasn't born in December, the biblical account doesn't make sense if it was wintertime. The only reason Christians started to celebrate it in December is to coincide with the pagans' winter solstice celebrations so nobody is persecuted.

I used to like it as a kid, now, I'm ok with it, as long as I don't have to go out and go to parties which I hate, then that's ok with me, actually we will be having a quite night, which is good.

I like it because it's just my parents and me, all of our extended family lives in other states. We open presents and play scrabble and just hang around the house. None of us are that big on presents so it's usually a pretty calm day.

It does not interest me. Maybe if it had to do with snakes, bats, or Roky Erickson, I would feel differently.

It's extremely stressful I'm always worrying I wont get everyone a present in time. Once I have everything cards and gifts I can then relax and enjoy Christmas/ Yule tide/ Winter Holidays/ Winter Solstice. :D

I miss the fun times I had as a kid celebrating Christmas. I never was into that Santa business and I know a pope sometime just replaced Saturnalia with the Mass for Christ's birth, which is arbitrary without knowledge of the exact date (although during the Feast of Tabernacles is what Messianic Jews say, I still find it arbitrary), but I find it to be enjoyable and respect the day as being set apart to celebrate my Lord's birthday.

At the moment I dont like christmas but I'm sure one day if and when I have kids I'll like it a lot more.

Right now I dont really have anyone to buy presents for so it's kind of boring.

I am a Christian and I completly agree with you there we don't actually know the date of Jesus's birth for all I know it could be in the middle of April.

I like it. I usually wind up regretful if I dont try to get in the holiday spirit. I star thinking, this only happens once a year, and it was so muc fun when I was a kid, and now its gone for a whole 365 days. That depresses me usually.

I like the time before Christmas and jsut the feel of it, that magical special feeling. It makes other days of the year feel so dull and lifeless. Christmas give you something to look forward to. I suually feel depressed December 26th.
