but I got this funny idea in my head


and pretty soon a plan took shape


and I went and did this...






I figured I'd cut my hair this afternoon... I started out like the top picture.

Then I went to the EraserHead look

Then the TaxiDriver look

Then the Big Lobowski look

Then the Wooly Willy look

The Joe Dirt look was accomplished with the use of my daughter's Mullet Wig after I shaved myself bald


Isn't hair a fun thing to play with?
I just love it!
Luckily it grows back... my daughter is out of town and she'll freak out when she sees me!

I can't see the photo - all I see is a little box with a red cross in it.

Have you made an error trying to put the image there? Or is it my computer?

Love your beard.

Looks good man. Some guys look good with a shaven head but others look like a bowling ball with two eyes (think Dr Evil here). For you, it works, but it might be an idea to wear a hat the next time you see your daughter.

What IS this....contagious???

I cut mine last night...not as drastic though, I still like it somewhat on the long side.

Bad enough though...this morning the curls where nuts with not as much to weigh them down...I'm not posting pictures for awhile.

Last night I dropped by a friend's house to show off my new bowling ball coutre!

He shaves his head and I wanted to ask him about what he does to make it smooth... which razors he uses, etc.

I'm probably not going to keep it this way.
The only other time I shaved my head was when I turned 40.
While the wife and daughter were upstairs getting ready for work/school, I snuck down to the garage and did the job.

Oh man! What a shock that was for them! One minute I have hair.. the next I'm bald!

I was working at my daughter's school teaching Perceptual Motor and when the kids saw me they couldn't believe their eyes... K thru 3rd graders.

It really feels weird wih nothing covering my head.
I'm still doing the "I got hair" things, like smoothing my 'hair' back when I put on a hat... except there's nothing to smooth except some stubble.

I had a lot of fun thinking about the different stages I could take my hair to... the movie idea worked out fine.

Somehow I think that if folks did post to a thread like that... eventually it'd get locked!

You know, when I looked at the title of this I KNEW it would be about cutting your hair, not liking it, cutting it into a different style, then another until you were bald.

Yeah...I think that one would definitely get locked.
