One of my best is depressed and I'm worried about her. She says she crys herself asleep every night and has feelings of helplessness and isn't eating right and is really moody as of late. I want to help her but I don't know what to do myself I told her that she may want to see a doctor but I don't what I can do myself to her the situation.

Say something to make her stronger.
Maybe get her out for some excersise, some trees, a sweat, a walk.

Goodness don't reinforce the sad mopey whining.
And maybe, she just needs to be held for awhile.

this is just me but i wouldnt want anyone to come to me and ask me if i was depressed. i'd even feel much more self coinsious and probably would fall into a deeper depression because everyone would know something was wrong with me. i like being perfect, and this would highly annoy me.

i wish i had more advice but i dont
