I had chicken and gravy for dinner last night. For lunch, I'll most likely eat Ramen, and for an added bonus, I'm having a meatball sub from Subway for dinner.

Pretty much every day for Dinner I have two Tuna sandwiches with spinach, tomatoes, and a few slices of mild onion on heavy whole wheat bread. I sometimes eat a side of canned or frozen veggies on the side if I am feeling really hungry. For lunch I almost always have a Lean cuisine meal and a can of v8 and maybe some raw nuts or a half an avocado on the side if I am feeling really hungry. (Today I had the half of avocado with it.)
