I usually limit myself to 5:00 AM, then I shut my computer down. Does anyone else set a limit for theirself?

I try to but I think I have major OCD. Maybe a little, I'm always afraid I'll miss out on something like messages or the news since my TV doesn't work, and then of course responding on these posts. I should set a time for myself but I think it's turned into plain addiction. I'm not getting enough sleep b/c of it and getting fatigued at work for it.

I'll probably end up on the Doctor Phil show.

I don't have a computer time. Maybe I should have a timetable, though. The thing that I like about the Internet, is the fact that I get to control everything, that I see and do. I have more control over my personal life, than I used to, so I don't feel the need to be on the Internet, as much as I used to.
