I'm experimenting with cooking new things. I have: rice, eggs, soy sauce, and onion, some carrots, and lots of garlic. How many ways can this go wrong.

Personally, I'm guessing fire.

its best to plan ahead with fried rice, cook plain rice, the cool it off over night is best, it shouldn't stick as bad as when its still wet and hot

I cook rice and just run it under cold water when it is finished for rice salad. That would beat having to wait for it to cool down over night. Speed is the key.

I've never tried cooking fried rice, let me know how it turns out.

Hey nice avatar Ricky I mean spudnik 8)

Yeah, I like things just to get done. I don't really like to cook unless it's something I like and feel like doing. I also think speed is the key. Hehehe, that sounds like an AD  .

I made stir fry last night, and had left-over rice...so it was able to cool overnight.

I kinda wish I had hot sauce tho, like sriracha or something. All I have is soy sauce.
