I've been to Copenhagen in 2003 (with my ex- girlfriend :? ) and I really liked it, people are so nice up there ! :wink:

I went to Denmark a couple of years ago. It's a nice country, though the people weren't generally as friendly as the Dutch or Belgian people. That's probably more to do with the fact that they weren't used to seeing tourists from England, and that we didn't know a word of Danish.

The most I know about Denmark I found out while researching World War 2. Apparently the entire country was entered into the list of righteous gentiles for saving their entire Jewish population. So Denmark is certainly a country that will really go through with protecting it's minorities, unlike most other countries at the time...

I went to school with a girl, who's grandma was from Denmark. I can see why she was a strong, proud woman. :)
