Have you ever had the pesky chickenpox?

I got it when I was 10.

I got chickenpox when I was 11. Easily one of the most miserable times of my life.

I had it mildly at 5 and was forced with the cursed thing again (that time pretty severely) when I was nine :(

I got it when I was four. My friend from across the street came over and she had it really bad (her mom didn't know she had sneaked over) and I got a mild case of it from her. Lucky me!

I had them when I was very young, too young to remember.

I never had the chicken pox, the measles, the mumps, rubella or anything related.

Even when my High School had a brief epidemic of measles I did not catch it.

I have dealt with varicella zoster when I was 5 or 6. Later on in life it can be reactivated and is then called herpes zoster or shingles.

I thought I was 5 when I had them but I was four. I was watching the home video of me and I was four in it and my dad said I had just gotten over my chicken pox.

I had them when I was a baby too.

I had them severely when I was 9. Even though I didn't scratch, I have a few scars from them.

I think I was 8 when I had them.
I had a nasty run when I got rubella, mumps, (no MMR vaccine for me  ) chicken pox and scarlet fever all in the space of 2 or 3 years.

Myself and my three younger siblings all had chickenpox when we were smaller - I still have a sizeable amount of scarring from it on my torso, and my youngest sister has a large pock-mark on the side of her nose. I think (but I can't be sure), that a mark on the inside of my upper jaw is a chickenpox scar, too.
