So, last night, I had some Chinese take-out. Yummy, right? The pork spare ribs kept getting in my teefs and apparently I missed some brushing because my gums started to become very sensitive almost to the point of hurting so I did something I don't ever do - flossed. I got out a few good chunks of pork out from between my teeth and out from my gums. I took an Aleve and a few hours later, I felt better...

Every spring, I get this sensitivity in my chest and a hard, hacking cough. It's chronic bronchitis. I tried some of those Fisherman's Friend lozenges. Whoa! Are those things potent or what? It seemed to help for a little while but it came back. I remembered that I still have some of my inhaler that I had from last season and I took a big ol' snort off of that and belt the tightness go away a little while later. Tonight I can feel the phlegm breaking loose. I hope it goes away soon but I do feel better.
