I found this article, and had to admit that since purchasing a cordless phone, I have been feeling pretty lousy. I stopped using a microwave years ago, because I would feel an unpleasant "zinging" sensation if I even stood across the room from one while it was working. I would love to know what others think about the article!

Don't show me this, I'm already paranoid enough about radio waves and crap =(

Good thing I never use a cell phone.

My grandfather is a savant, he never trusted any of this equipment so the dangerous advances of technology have flown right by him.

My ex was/is a cell phone addict. Brain damage?

No comment.

Personally I've never felt they're actually "good" for you...I tend to avoid the microwave, have a cell phone that I carry only in case I break down and never use, and 1 cordless phone that I might use twice a year. I've never had a specific reason for avoiding them although I've ran across articles on chronic fatigue and cell phone/radio waves and have wondered.

I've just never been "comfortable" using them...any phone to me is annoying, portable ones even more so . The microwave is fast, but makes some things taste strange to me.

Meh. We're all going to die one day anyway.

This is true. but, I would prefer to die naturally, and not be killed by technology! :) I already have Chronic Fatigue, and after spending three hours on the phone with my brother, using my cordless unit, I felt really, really weird. I recognized some symptoms from when I used to use a cell phone; namely, ringing in my ears, numbness and tingling in my face, as if I'd been to the dentist, and overwhelming fatigue.

Has anyone else felt physical discomfort from merely being around such appliances?
