Friendly Bombs!

Ok, seriously... a bomb that is friendly? Does that even make sense?

I understand the protect the enviroment angle of it, but really... just don't drop the dang thing in the first place!

It looks like the explosives are used mainly for demolition and for blasting rocks/obstacles in order to build stuff.

I was expecting environmentally friendly nukes and cluster bombs. Now that would be quite effing absurd.

that whole country scares me when they start doing military things
