I have been as far north as Whitehorse Yukon, drove it last year on the Alaska Hiway, its 25 hour drive from Edmonton, my friend would drive up to Inuvik NWT in 2 days from Edmonton, and that going up on the Dempster Hiway, thats a rough ride too, as the road is built with shail which makes the road slippery when it rains, and the stuff tends to slice tires up badly, and there is only one gas station at the halfway point at Eagle Plains, so people have to be very prepared before driving up there.
