Director of Yu-Gi-Oh!

It's for a research project and I've looked all over the internet and can't find this information, plus it seems Hatsuki is both a male and a female name. Anyone just happen to know for sure?

If I knew Japanese I'd know by now but I don't.

I already figured out the directors for the other 916 films. It probably doesn't matter, because I think I'm going to combine categories (producers, directors, writers) instead of looking at them separately. I expect it's a guy, given it's Japan. It would be nice if I knew for sure, though.
