I keep forgetting to look that game up. I've heard it on I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue but I don't understand what it is.

It's a surrealist humour game where you go about the London Undergroud system, station y station citingrules and moves that are made-up on the spot and then debated with nonsense arguments and at the end of the game someone declares "Mornington Crescent" to win the game.

Ah. I thought it was a word association or something. I didn't know any of the names they were using so I didn't understand how it was won. Although the times I've heard it there hasn't been any debates or nonsense arguments, it's just taking turns saying a name. I couldn't understand what was so funny about it but everyone was laughing anyway. :?

Well what you hear is often two parts.

For example,

"Park with Black to Piccadilly Circus"

Park with Black is a move, not a name of a station.
