i just got really freaked out over something personal so i started walking around trying to get it off my mind then a few minutes later i was standing by the fridge and i started to get a weird feeling in my head then next thing i knew i couldnt see ANYTHING, i could make out light but i was moving my hands around trying to feel my way around then a few seconds later i collapsed on the ground still concious, when my vision returned a few seconds later i got back up and this really intense strange buzzing sound followed and lasted for about 2 minutes and i started sweating REAL bad. im ok now but really freaked out.

The best people who can tell you what happened are located in your nearest hospital or care facility, go there for any medical help, most preferably as soon as possible.
It sounds like you fainted because it sounds like something I experienced (minus the buzzing and the sweating) when I was 12. My mother said I fainted.

My only fainting experience was laying down, and slowly coming to realize I was not in bed, but on a bathroom floor. But I was comfy, so I stayed there. XD

Sure you werent overheated? I often make my baths too hot, so that means every 2 days, i lose my vision and wanna sit down. Open a window, and make sure the place is warm Not too cold or too hot.

That was where I fainted. In the bathroom when I was taking my shower.

It sounds like either an occular migraine or veritgo, I have had both, and they suck, a lot. You may have had just a regular migraine too, which can affect a lot of your senses, same with the vertigo.
