He truly was a wonderful actor. I'll always remember him for playing Vincent Ludwig in the Naked Gun.

That is sad. :( Still, seems like he had a really long and successful life. I always loved how he was willing to do voice-overs for cartoon characters that were basically just a parody of himself:
