... what would you like to study or learn?

After my degree in political science, I'd like to study psychology, philosophy, architecture, biology, literature, art history, history, spanish, chinese, swahili, arabic...

Does anyone else feels like one lifetime is just not enough?

Being less of a procrastinator. :)

I think if I was smarter I would have become a physicist. Also, a half way decent musician would be good. If I am living forever, I might look to a least travel to some of the local hot spots in the galaxy.

Strongly depends on the type of immortality on offer. Assuming normal humanity and human attributes only without ageing, I'd be honour bound to investigate the secret of my immortality with the goal of bettering mankind. And all that s**t. :)

Everything I can within the fields of math and mathematically based operational science.

It's not that one lifetime is too short, it's that our lifetimes are too short. If that's what you mean though, then yes I agree.

Same here. Forever is a VERY long time.
I'd be insanely bored after 1000 years, millions or billions would be beyond intolerable, but FOREVER... that would be pure hell!
At some point within a few thousand years I'd think the human memory would start to break down severely, probably sooner than that. I doubt the brain could hold much more than 500 years of experiences.

If I could live forever, I wouldn't.

I'd study every aspect of physics and, after bringing new definition to the current understanding of modern science I would name myself god king and recede into my golden palace for sleep and videogames. Is this not the fantasy of every nerd?

I would love to live forever because it is interesting to watch humanity take its course.

This.

Since we are talking about living forever, Brian May and Freddie Mercury have a question for you:

This song is damn beautiful.

I would fight crime, not caring if I got injured or killed because obviously I'll just come back to life :P

Or... I'd be a villain

I would love to just see how the world turns out! I've always been really curious as to how things will look 100, 1000, or even a million years from now. As for what I'd learn...obviously I'd learn how to be a ninja. And a piano virtuoso. Maybe even build a few space ships while I'm at it!
