What are your opinions on Yahoo Answers?

I had 28% of my answers of Yahoo Answers voted or selected as best, but I am not too happy about it. I get to be penalized for asking a question. My answers are always short, if not the same as the ones below or above mine. In addition, there are always restrictions on how many points we can get if we are beginners, thus discouraging us from contributing more (in my view).

i love it, though most questions get hundreds of reply's while mine get mostly like 3 or or non reply's...

Right now 50% of my answers have been voted as best answers. However, that's isn't saying anything positive about the quality of my answers.. It's more so saying something negative about the quality of other's answers. I've only had 1 question be sucessfuly answered on there. Most of they time they do everything but answer my question. For example... I once posted a question when I was homeless and going through some difficult times asking "How do I get a job with no place to live, or a place to live with no job". The best answer(Chosen by voters) told me to find a place to live. It's just like... yeah. Why don't you read the question you idiot?

I tried to post a question on Yahoo answers once, but gave up because Yahoo gave me a load of registration screens to wade through first - too much hassle.
