It's called a Colombian Tegu.








I've had two spiny lizards before, but the above is definitely a step up. Like going from a parakeet to a parrot. (Which I've also done.) I'll probably get a tegu eventually.

My wife, she wants a pygmy marmoset, ever since we saw them at an indoor zoological center and aquarium Saturday.

I like lizards. I hope you get a tegu someday.

Aren't marmosets banned in this country? I recall some being found with an infection so they were banned from entering the US. They are cute though. Have you thought of a sugarglider?

The marmosets are so cute I could just eat them.

i like reptiles, too the tegu is really beautiful!
