I have been calling my peer supports and family and doctore and im'ing people and posting and not really saying anything. its like i have a need to communicate but dont have anything meanigul to say other than like i feel like crap. This is one of the things i did when i was sick just
harangue people with blather. I wanted to get out of it but i never quite got the chance. Like have the time i dont know why im doing the s**t im doing.
