You may join the Wanted Circle - a sphere of WP members who are not wanted by members of RL. Why join this group? - because when NTs want to get rid of us, we come to people like us, we come to each other, people who have been through it.

If you care to join us, please abide by the rules that will be decided on in a democratic process, by each member putting forth ideas and then the group voting as a whole. The basic function of the group might be just making each other feel wanted???

To join, it is encouraged that you first post in this thread: http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt97633.html

Now go away!
(just kidding. this was a joke. we want you to stay here ;) )

Isn't the whole function of this board to make Aspies feel wanted?
Well, at least one of the main functions of this board. :)

Sure, I'll join. I'm rarely wanted in real life. I sometimes wonder if I'm even wanted on here. :?

yeah I can feel that too. I have hard to read a lot and out of that I can feel Im often talking to myself by my random talking...walking around the forum as....random....

Anyway, I think the unwanted feeling in us its about us all beeing so uncertain combined with low selfconfidence.
Thinking in common sense I belive most NTs want us around but they can be as uncertain as we and by that we ge the impression of not wanted...

I posted in the Haven vesion of the thread, is that allowed?

I can't do group hugs though, I go rigid and fall over. Or cling on for that little bit too long...

I remember hugging my grandmother many times, God rest her soul. I never met anyone that hugged like she did. Many times I would hug her for a very long time just to see if she would ever push me away. Would you believe it, she never did once. I think she could go on for ever if I let her. Amazing woman. But I digress, what does RL stand for?

Okay I agree on that. I work better in a small group than bigger. I mean this forum is so incredible big and its hard to relate to everyone around. Its few who I really talk to and one of those is you Learning2Survive.
So out of that its of course a good idea to make small groups so at least a few have the chance to relate to each other a bit better...

And I always recognise posts by you two, you both make friendly and nice posts, plus Xalepax, your cat is cute.
We can be a "non-clique" of the people who are not in the cliques (whoops, speaking from my own experience there  )

I hope there's not a compulsory song though....I never liked that at Girl Guides
