When I joined the WrongPlanet this last November (2008) I was quickly aware of the posting counts. At first I thought 100 seemed far away. But I quickly got there. A milestone then seemed like 500 posts. I could not imagine reaching 1000 posts---but here I am. But gee...there are many of you with posts much more than that. But it isn't really the amoung of posts that is so important...it is what I have learned from these 1000 posts about not only myself, but with autism in general. Ever since my diagnosis of AS this past November, I have been on a mission of discovery. I want to thank all of you here at the WrongPlanet that have helped me on this mission. When I hit some rough moments and asked for help on The Haven...there were always those of you to help me. Thank you. And I have tried to help others when they needed it too. So now my journey will continue here at the WrongPlanet as I learn more about this fascinating "difference" known as autism that has been a gift to me.
