making burgers with donkey meat.

Has anyone made burgers with donkey meat?

can't say I have, then again I'm vegetarian:P

I did once see a travel program where they showed how to make camel burgers in some country.
You'd buy camel meat from the butcher and then bring it to the camel burger making shop..thing..

I suppose you can make burgers out of any kind of meat, but whether it'd taste good, who knows.

Do you have donkey meat in your freezer or something? Or are you just curious:P

Do you know what the burgers would be if they were made out of donkey meat?

They'd share the same name as burgers which come out of Lorna Wing's butt.

I unknowingly had horse steak in a bun many years ago when I went to a Monsters of Rock festival in Germany. I enjoyed it so much I went and got another. It was only later that someone pointed out the meat wasn't beef but actually horse! I'd imagine donkey meat would taste similar.
